A. Supervise activities and personnel pertaining to Refractory works. etc. B. Study drawings, specifications, inspection recommendations and determine the extent of work required and assign the jobs to subordinates according to wok schedule. C. Supervise progress of works ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with contract specifications & conditions in line with company quality control procedure. D. Ensure availability of all materials and equipment for the job as per scope of work E. Should be well versed in the supervision of all types of refractory works such as Ceramic Fiber lining, brick lining, castable refractory, moldable refractory etc.
