System Administrator Responsibilities • Perform Active Directory Services management, troubleshooting, replication, performance tuning, security, Group Policy design and implementation. • Installation of hardware, hypervisors, and Windows operating systems. Perform installations and upgrades of application software and Microsoft Services. • Perform ongoing security checks to maintain the security, integrity, and backup routines of hypervisors and Windows operating systems. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a mix of education and work experience required. • At least 5 years of professional experience in Windows Server administration (2008/2012 or above), VMware vSphere (6+) , Citrix XenApp and NetScaler VPX 25. • Strong working knowledge and expertise in Microsoft technologies. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly. • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, as well as part of the team. • Having positive attitude and self-motivation. Preferred Qualifications • MS SQL Server, Power Shell or other programming experience • Admin-level experience with VMware VSAN and Shared Storage. • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or higher. • VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
